Shipping & Returns

Once we have received payment, we will send the products as quickly as possible, usually within 4 working days at the latest. If a longer delivery time is stated under the items in the shop, this counts because they are produced on demand.

We ship insured via DHL to the following EU countries: Germany, Austria, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium.

For smaller orders (e.g. tattoos, cards) the price for "shipment of goods" is automatically added to the shopping cart. Please note: this shipping option is not insured! There is also no shipment tracking, but you will receive a notification when the shipment has been sent.
We ship your purchases free of charge for orders over 99 €.

The shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart during checkout.

Shipping costs Germany (standard package, possibly higher depending on weight):
Insured shipping DHL: 4,90€
Consignment: 2,20€

Shipping costs Austria, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium (standard package, possibly higher depending on weight):
Insured shipping DHL: 11,90€

If you should ever want to return something: You can exercise your right of withdrawal up to 14 days after receipt. Please notify us of this in advance via the following email address: hello@lukkily.com (no confirmation from us is necessary).
